Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Double row deep groove ball bearings feature a filling slot and consequently can carry low thurst loads. Double row deep groove ball bearings of the MRB Standard program feature normal clearance.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Single row angular contact ball bearings can carry thrust load in one direction only, and should always be adjusted against another bearing which accommodates the opposed thrust load. Single row angular contact ball bearings are nonseparbale.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings are separable. This simplifies mounting and dismounting. Roller and raceway feature a modified line contact to eliminate edge stressing. MRB cylindrical roller bearings are available in various types. The various types of Cylindrical roller bearings differ by the lip arrangement. Type NU has two lip at the outer ring, the inner ring is lipless.The inner ring of N type two lips, the outer ring is lipless.

The NJ cylindrical roller bearings are provided with one lip at the inner ring, they are one direction locating bearings. The NUP type cylindrical roller bearings with one integral and one loose lip at the inner ring and two lips at the outer ring acts as bi-directional locating bearing. Compact mountings are best served with RNU cylindrical roller bearings. These are NU type bearings without inner ring. The roller run directly on the hardened and ground shaft.
