Deep Groove Ball Bearings

MRB deep groove ball bearings are available in both single and double row designs. Single row deep groove ball bearings are of simple design suitable for high speed operation and require little attention in service. MRB single row deep groove ball bearings are also available in rubber seal and steel seal at one or both sides. Bearing with two rubber seal or steel seal are supplied with the correct quantity of lithium base grease and can be used at operating temperatures between -30 and + 100' C.

Spherical Roller Bearings

The MRB spherical roller bearings is well known for its heavy duty features. It contains two rows of barrel-shaped rollers which can align themselves freely in the spread outer ring raceway. This provides compensation for bearing seat misalignment and shaft deflection. Positive roller guidance is achieved by the integral inner ring lip.

Tapered Roller Bearings

The taper roller bearings consists of four basic components, the inner ring (Cone), the outer ring (Cup), the taper rollers and the retainer (Cage). The is such that under proper condition all components carry the load with the exception of the cage whose primary function is to space the roller around the cone. The basic geometry of the cone and cup raceways and roller of the MRB tapered roller bearings assures positive roller alignment for maximum bearing performance.
